Because wellbeing is more than a subject

Wellbeing isn't in a PowerPoint or a data point. It's in small everyday interactions, like circle time, break time, and movement. My 7 Superpowers journals are built around that everyday reality and grounded in child development, and are designed to support the Irish Wellbeing Curriculum, directly supporting named Learning Outcomes from the NCCA Wellbeing Specification for Primary and Special Schools.

Each journal includes a curriculum links page, mapping every superpower to its relevant strand and strand unit, so it's easy to see exactly where it fits into your school's SPHE planning.
